The View from the Top Cardio Deck

Our workout area is a large open space without the clutter found in most fitness centers. Lots of equipment means never waiting in line!

Equipment is easy to get to and find. Our fitness staff is always on hand to answer questions and ensure you are being safe and effective in your program.

The view is from our top cardio deck where you have access to treadmills, bikes and ascent trainers (elipticals) all with built in HD-TV , iPod connections and virtual active technology. You can control you iPod and watch video full screen.

Our “Big Ass Fan” ensures the circulation of fresh air and large returns and new A/C units cool the gym off in a hurry.

Group Fitness Classes

Our Group Fitness Classes are a great way to go from Fitness Novice to Fitness Expert and are INCLUDED with every membership. We offer kickboxing, weight training, sculpting classes, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Core/Ab Classes and Senior Wellness Programs.

With safe group led instruction you know you are getting a safe and effective workout. Exercising in a group also helps keep you motivated and the variety keeps it interesting. Bored with your routine? What new classes are you going to try??

Built in HD-TV / iPOD / Virtual Active

The Cardiovascular Equipment found in our fitness center featured the latest in technology. Each piece of cardiovascular equipment have a built in touch screen HD-TV / iPod Connection and Virtual Active Technology.

With your iPod connection you can control your iPod right from the TV and even watch videos on your iPod full screen. Even more exciting is the virtual active technology. The virtual active technology displays actual footage from around the United States. As you view different scenary while walking / Jogging / or Biking through different areas you will hear naturally occuring sounds, education tour or music.
