Step 2: Your Fitness & Wellness Evaluation

Your Fitness & Wellness Evaluation

Our certified coaches will guide you through a detailed fitness & wellness evaluation so we can identify your needs prior to designing your program.


We will perform both a static posture analysis and a movement screen to assess muscle imbalances. Muscle imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns can lead to injuries and decreased results from your training program. We correct these to help you get to your goals quicker! Who doesn't want to get results faster with less effort?


Your evaluation will also include assessing all other components of a working program including Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscle Endurance, Flexibility, Balance & Body Composition.


The evaluation includes a comprehensive Lean Screen to determine body composition, and detailed measurements. We continue to monitor your programs progress and make adjustments quickly. It's like pressing the easy button once you are working with a coach.
